Grilled Quahogs for One

This morning I was out of eggs. Luckily, I had a handful of quahogs from my last outing. Being lazy in the morning, I decided to just throw these on the grill. It's quick and easy, and the great taste of the lil guys doesn't get masked by anything else.

Recipe:
Simply put quahogs on your grill and turn them over once. It takes about 2-5 mins depending on their size.







Just be sure not to eat that stubborn one that doesn't open like the rest:
